I don't think it will look better with a DSLR, but it will certainly allow to make much more different things. Normal digitals and bridges have an advantage to have a wide deepth of field, a fact that, in some occasions, can be a disadvantage. On DSLR you can choose both. This shot is nice, a DSLR shot with a blurred backgroud would make it different, not better.
