Oldest Greek Catholic Church in America - Shenandoah, PA

Shenandoah, PA

This church (commonly referred to as "Bologna Hall" by the locals) was replaced by a new Saint Michaels Greek Catholic Church

This historic church has more recently been used for weddings and other events.

It is the oldest known Greek Catholic Church in the region.

Do you have any pictures of the little Russian Orthodox church, (Holy Ghost) which was on Oak St. in Shenandoah? It was torn down several years ago. It was a cute little church. I'm also looking for pictures of the original Annunciation church in Shenandoah, the one that burned in the 1920's. Especially of the interior. Thanks

I believe my grandparents, Susan Plaufcan and George Senda, may have been married in this church. Susan was born in Shenandoah in 1886 or 1888. How do I get a record of their wedding?
