This is St Stanislaus Polish Catholic church. It is due to close in July of this year when all seven of the catholic churches will merge into Divine Mercy parish, with its location at the former Annunciation church , down the street from it. I hate to see this church close . It was always my favorite church in Shenandoah, even though it wasn't the biggest, like St Casimir, or the fanciest, like St George, which were also beautiful churches. So was Little St Stephen,on chestnut st. which is now closed. They used to call it "little heaven" years ago.
