The is a wonderful place to hike, but watch for the mosquitos while stopping to nap!
Oh... and don't forget to say, "Konnichiwa" when you pass someone along the trail!

I remember jumping from the top rock back in 1992 before all the development took place. I was scared of jumping too far out so i almost short jumped it and missed the outcrop by very small margin. What a great place. I love the pic one of the best i have seen.

I miss Hiji Falls. If you go above the triangle rock about 30 more feet up there is a small landing you can jump from. Its a little higher that the top of the falls. If anyone hears a beeping sound while swimming in Hiji its my watch. I miss that watch

These falls appear very small in this photo without someone to guage the size with but I remember jumping from that triangular shaped rock on the mid-left side of photo and that was roughly 30ft, I really appreciate your posting these great photos Dave, brings back good memories.
