DR+ with flash fill in, all left to the camera to decide. Did not have external flash, but at least the fill in is powerful enough to tackle an outdoor subject and the metering manages not to screw up totally. The DR+ somehow tames the brilliant background despite 1/125 at f4. So, fill in flash synchro sun style may work OK, despite 1/160th max sync speed. Backgrounds may not burn out totally even if you have to use wide apertures for groups.
