In setting up these shots, the cameras have a different thickness so tripo adjustment was needed. The slight variations in composition/crop are partly due to this, but all three '50mm' lenses also have different real focal lengths and different focusing systems. The Sigma is about 48.5mm at infinity, but its internal focus further widens the difference between it and the others.
This is the Sigma 50mm example used on the D3X.
