This is a 100 per cent section from a D3 6400 file processed in ACR 4.6. The original image is overexposed by the D3's generous metering and has clipped highlights in the JPEG on the jockey's cap, but by using -1 compensation in ACR, the correct brightness is restored. Zero sharpening, zero luminance NR and 50 chroma NR applied.
