The original was created in 1945 in Germany and has faded in an uneven way, creating a problem, when one side is ok the other is to dark and vice versa. Also, the picture is very grainy and has a pecular look to the finish. Before I had my Nikon Coolpix 995, and because of the original 11"X14" size, I had to scan in sections and fit the head back on the body. Now I just shoot the large one's with my Nikon digicam.
