Combo2.jpg

I was wandering about the Nepean River yesterday and I spied this bright reflection of an irrigation
pipe on the opposite bank. Just to be different I have tried a vertical panorama crop. On closer
examination of the reflection it is much more complex than I first realised and it took me a while
to figure out why the white pipe reflection may have cut off so suddenly. I am still trying to work
out the black lines in the water. :o)

Really works as a vertical pano. The dark edges keep the eye within the frame following the pipe and it's refelction around and around the image. V

The power of the Pipe to affect people's lives! Inspiring compositionally & how did you get the reflection without blowing the light levels? So so much to learn in the next 1000 years as a photographer!

There is nothing like an enigma. An interesting crop. Its a bit like a "skinny stream of pumpwater :) " as they used to say.
