It is now six weks later. We have just left the ferry at Rose Bay wharf. Commuters are boarding
to be taken to Circular Quay where their jobs await. It would be nice to do these jaunts more
frequently but when one lives so far away, it is not always easy to plan. Gerry and I have taken
a couple of hours to get to this starting point this morning and the weather looks most threatening
indeed. It is now 8:45 am and our wives phone through to report that it has been raining very
heavily, where they are, since 7:00 am. Something tells me that we are in for a soggy day.
