We begin to cross the bridge by the pedestrian way. We can see a good view of that section of Iron
Cove between the bridge and its junction with Parramatta River. Directly out into the harbour we
can see Cockatoo Island dockyard where ships (particularly naval vessels) were once built and
repaired. Since 2002 it has been an "urban park" where visitors can inspect heritage listed
indistrial buildings and installations. To the left of shot, there is Birkenhead Point.
