Actually this is not the head of an alien robot. This is my webcam, sitting on top of the computer
monitor. It is lit by my desk lamp to the right and by a torch propped up by some books to the
left. I was sitting there searching for inspiration when I happened to notice this little device.
Being too lazy to bother about tripods, I grabbed the D40 and practiced my handholding technique. I
did cheat a little by resting my left elbow on the desk. I rather like the pic now that I stare at it.
