Some of the luxury warehouse apartments are just inshore a fraction, affording glimpses (rather than commanding views)
of the water. A glance in a realtor shop window just down from here suggests that the inshore properties run to
$1.5 million or so, down from $4-5 million for the finger wharf locations with mooring rights. Think I'll buy a couple.
