Actually, the road caught my eye. I like how it seems to have no end. I like the puppyseed of course as well, since they add some nice color to the image.

My wife and I made a trip one year from the Bay Area specifically to visit the Poppy Reserve in the Antelope Valley. We were sorely disappointed to find we had chosen one of the worst years ever according to the local docents. There were more poppies on the hillside next to our house in San Jose than in the entire preserve. All was not lost since we returned to the Bay Area via the Big Sur coast and managed to get a lot of great images along Highway 1. Your shot is motivation to return.
