Greenland (Northern) Wheatear (Oenanthe oenanthe leucorhoa)

Shropshire Hills AONB, Shropshire, UK.

An early male of the Greenland subspecies O.o. leucorhoa. He still has some degree of wear to get through to his summer dress and the other local males at this site had already rid themselves of the brown fringes shown in winter.
