These are the pictures I have from the Compton Family book, Descendants of Basil Compton.
Solomon Elisha Langston was my great-great grandfather. He is here with is wife, Harriett Compton and with his brother-in-law James Compton, in uniform. This is my maternal line and unfortunately, I know of no male relation with the Langston surname. I do have the names and dates of Solomon's children, if that would help anyone connect to me.
