As the evening wore on I was aware of the brightness of the moon calling me from above the clouds. Every once in a while I would peek out the door and see if the sky had cleared. Finally I was able to see an end to the clouds so I headed out to a nearby lake.

I had the place to myself on this cool, end of the summer night. The only sounds where from a very distant road, insects and frogs. The only light was that from the sky, both moon and far off town lights.

I love doing night photography. It makes everything magical and I become very content and relaxed.
