Sinnemahoning State park, PA

This oddly shaped tree is called the “Arch Tree” for obvious reasons. Apparently it had suffered some calamity when it was smaller that split it and forced it down to the ground. Perhaps a larger tree had fallen on it. Then it grew straight up from where it was bent down forming an arch.
