Update: On the night of December 26th, 2004 some idiot drove his car onto the 3" ice. Who ever it was drove for about 1/2 a mile then plunged through the ice. Some trappers noticed the tire tracks and the car-sized whole the next morning. At this time, 12-28-04, they still have no idea even who it was. It's at the bottom of the lake roughly around the center-left of this photo... Darwin's Theory at work...
