Had one show up on my feeder 5/8/16 on Lake Palestine located in East Texas. I have never seen one in this area before.

Just saw two of these in the Barton Creek greenbelt behind our house-never have seen them before. Striking coloring caught my eye. Are they migrating through our area right now?

One of these little guys came for about four days, then yesterday he brought a friend with him. These two look very healthy, bright red "v" at neck.

Saw one of these at one of our feeders here in Austin on 5/19/11, but haven't seen it since.

I can't be certain, but I may also have seen a female once this week too, as I remember the chipmunk-like stripe on the temple, but it could have been any one of several birds. (Sorry, new to bird watching.)
