This is a photo John shared with me that was taken when he went home in 1968.

I was just notified today that John passed away this morning from complications stemming from cancer, probably related to Agent Orange exposure. He was a brave soldier, proud veteran, loving husband and father, and a great friend to all who were fortunate enough to know him. America has truly lost one of its best.
