The top of the door hits the jamb here. This looks like a good candidate for the lumber trick. Put a 2 by 4 in the jamb and push the door to "spring" (bend) the shape of the door. This has to be fixed or the door will never close with the weather stripping installed. May be simple, may not. Stay tuned.
