Hi, great picture! I was wondering if you happen to know the Latin name of this species. I'm a freshman in high school and I'm trying to get this project done. I stumbled upon this picture, took a look at my sample and it was the correct one. All great things have a catch right? Well this great thing had a major catch. Right as I thought I was done there wasn't a Latin name! Oh no! So if you could send me an email if you do happen to know the Latin name for this specimen that would be fantastic! Thanks!

Lovely capture of the spring mushrooms in the perceived warm light. I like the way the light glistens off the tops of the mushrooms giving them a velvety appearance. I also appreciate the detail in the shadowed areas on the mushroom's stems.
