This is so artistic, I thought it was a monet painting.
But surprisingly, it is more restful on the eyes than you would get from a cluttered shot :)

Just so we don't get too confused Tommy, Rose has the compositional part ok but not the clutter. So is this on or off topic mate?

Rose, this is an excellent shot for the compositional aspect of the topic because it does not focus visual interest in any particular spot. I like the impressionistic technique too, and varied blurs throughout the frame. Only the "clutter" is missing. But that can't detract from the visual appeal of the image. -tv
