Excellent! I didn't see previous versions, though. But this one is great.

This is nice portrait and transmits idea of toughness. Although I can not get rid of impression that the guy has a kind of skin disease

I'm surprised to find these shots still up here after Shu doing her nut yesterday. I’m getting out of here before Shu wakes up:-)

Sorry about that Shu. Normally when I switch the pix I do remove the old and then place the new at the end. When I was doing these I was actually unsure about replacing the ones I already had up b.c. I was happy about them and starting to get good feedback. I posted them with a comment asking for opinions as to which I should leave - these or the originals, but then the shots didn't embed, instead it linked, in the comments and then I figured instead I should just post these instead. It was late, I was uncommitted and I was going to wait for some feedback. I didn't want to lose the comments that were already posted in case I decided to go back to the orignals. If I do indeed decide to keep the new ones up I will adjust thier placemnt to the lower position in the gallery. Pardon the experiment! LOL! ~ Lonnit

I don't know where Lonnit picked up this nasty habit of replacing picys with new ones:-)

I can appreciate your desire to set out on a new path, Lonnit, and this is a nice portrait, but when changing an image to something completely new, you should delete the current image and reload the new at the end of the list. (Anyhow, I liked your kid's pic........but you have to please yourself.) Shu

I was just scrolling through the thumbnails & these two portraits really catch the eye.

Clap clap clap clap hooray, Well the new look certainly has a look about it & I applaud you for giving it a go. It's not really that hard to tart a shot up to get a pat on the back but to go down a less popular road takes some courage & commitment. I don't know if your modals like these shots but I do. I like the difference, but with a mug like mine I will go to a photographer who owns a soft focus lens:-) Well done Lonnit.

Where is the kids photo, I like that one a lot :( it had that classic look to it.

Thanks Rod. I have become more aware of those backgrounds. It's truly incredible how many things one must think about when taking a picture. I'm glad you appreciated that. ~ Lonnit

Excellent shot Lonnit, I love the natural ones like this showing real kids & not grinning little angels:-) Great angle too as most of us would have had trees growing out of the kids heads.

Thanks Shu. Ironically I've always hated that show! LOL! I do love your compliment though. :) Thank you.

aam1234 would you believe both boys are so used to having them on that they even forget to take them off when they get into the bath! LOL!

Lonnit--Your three very unique entries show your versatility. The sepia tones in this one remind me of the "Our Gang" Little Rascals series on TV many years ago. Exceptional image! Shu

Ha ha, fun Pic! Your son on the right reminds me of myself when I was at his age...hated glasses! Still wear them btw.
