My wife was alerted by some blue jays and chickadees one morning
that something was not 'right' in the back yard. She was surprised to find
this Eastern Screech Owl below the window as she opened the shade and took this shot.

The photo was taken with a P&S through the screen and window, so not
the best quality. The other shot in this gallery of the owl in a
pine tree is the same bird later that afternoon after it relocated to the front yard.
