Seriously, one apple on two trees. I blame the weather. Extremely unusual 85º in March, then
the usual April snows and May frosts. So far the vegetable garden seems to be doing well.
We could just use more rain.

Our fruit is doing well, but of course we provide the water. It hasn't rained since March.

Pretty color, nonetheless. The lack of apples is disappointing for sure. Last year, the orchard on the mountain had no fruit for similar reasons. Warmth followed by freezes and snows which killed the fruiting apples. I had a disappointing result from my grapefruit tree this year, too.
