Tall White Beardtongue

I feel sorry for people who mow every inch of their property—not just for them, but for all of us.
As I walked through our field (it's only a couple of acres) I found these beautiful flowers, flushed
an American Woodcock, had a deer snort at me, and watched the bluebirds catching insects
to take back to their nest box.

Sounds like you live in a heavenly spot. Great reason for not having a manicured garden.

If we had as much property as you, I would do the same for sure. Beautiful find in your field. Well isolated with really nice details. "V"
