This is our genius?!

Back in the 70's there was a Warner Brothers cartoon that had a cat whose owners thought was "special"
because he played the piano. It was really a mouse who played, and the cat pretended. Upon
examination by scientists, it was discovered through a cranial x-ray that there was a peanut in his
head. The exclamation from one of the scientists was "This is our genius?!"

Anyway, here's one of our daughter's attempts to solve this puzzle at breakfast this morning.
I don't even think it gave a score for leaving that many pegs!

Edit: Doh! I guess my genius level was off too! Thanks to Mr. Pickles and Jane for pointing out
the "should have been" obvious.
