Someone got some rain.

I have to laugh at the National Weather Service forecasts. As late as this morning they predicted
possible severe thunderstorms for tonight, with an 80% chance of heavy rain. We had one bout of
showers pass through around Noon, and now it looks like nothing at all tonight.

How can they be that inaccurate?
