The whole entire highrise is covered with these thick bright green stripes of construction tape. The building sticks out like a sore thumb, needless to say, even in NYC.

Very nice Penny. It took me a while to figure out (or at least I think I did) that those columns are not green brick, but insulation that goes under a facade. Lots of nice elements captured here.
