I agree Lydia, they are young Asian couple trying to fish but having fun tangling their line and niggling each other in fun. The photo would be pretty boring without them I feel?
Kelly these are awesome, you can see them for miles away, they must be well over 200 feet high above the dock. The entire loading dock and surrounding area is secure and guarded, not much chance of getting anywhere near these.
