Thank you Vikas, Nico and Traveller for your kind words and encouragement. And Thank you also Sam and Cat for commenting.

Traveller, thank you for voicing your thoughts in the forum discussion. As a result, I've moved arc3 back to Eligible.

Salaam, Shalom, Peace,

Kelly

Excellent. I cannot even tell where the tape was. Very nice.
On the eve of the Anapolis summit. I wish Saalam/Shalom/peace too. Sam Attal

Excellent Kelly, great idea and love the suspended in space look to these glass samples, very well composed and executed.

Cheers, Vikas.

As Lee says, Vivid, not too busy, the edge detail is fantastic as is the texture to each square. A Very Fine image...I think...and creative in you ability to even see that this was possible. Best Wishes, Traveller

Thanks Techo. The magic is really the product of the isolation of the subject from any discernible background and our eye's tendencies for interpretation of the vertical. Editing out the scotch tape didn't hurt much either ;) - Kelly

Super cool! Arc2, 3 and 4 have an amazing perspective, as if the the whole object is one piece and the panes of glass just magically hold together. Great job with the whole setup and lighting :)

Thanks Nico for asking and I'm happy that you liked it. These are a few glass samples (from over five hundred) that I have from Franklin Art Glass Studioshttp://franklinartglass.com/ arranged together on an improvised light table made from a suspended sheet of acrylic over some work lights. Because of the irregularities along the edges of the roughly 2" x 2" glass squares, I used scotch tape to hold them together upright and then later edited out the tape. For the time being, I've placed some other examples that I worked on last night in Exhibition, but might try something else that will replace them. Kelly

I like it a lot! May I ask what it is, or how you did this? The end result is most impressive. Regards jnconradie
