Great shot and the trashed vechicle makes it's own "angle." LOL It looks a bit lighter than before. Did you lighten the image? shu

I live in a suburban community that used to be agricultural, but the farms are all gone now. A few years ago, I started trying to find and photograph the remaining barns in town and have been working at it off and on (mostly off) since then. Here's a link to my collection, which is badly in need of updating. I too was struck by the "face" on this poor discarded old guy. I prefer not to clone any parts out of the photo because I want it to maintain a documentary quality.

poor thing with the eye hanging out and the face smashed :(. I just love scenes like this, and they are disappearing - I see an old wood barn on the left, those are going too. Just since I've been shooting for 6 years or so I've seen numerous old wood barns collapse, and if they are replaced at all it is with metal pole barns or something :(. Our generation of photographers may have the last chance. Shoot this stuff while you have the chance!

Rustique and pittoresque are words that spring to mind here (and makes me wonder if I know french after all!) I wonder if I'd have removed the.. "whatsit" on the right side of the picture, but this is a very pleasing image and composition. Great DR. :)

So very sad, but a nice pic with great composition. That one headlight seems to be pleading for help. Jim H2
