Kiki, it is a form of polar mapping, but I used a plugin by Flaming Pear called Flexify. The image was also processed with one or two other Flaming Pear plugins.

I'm a big fan of plugins (for my non-photo-based photoshop efforts). I wish the older Kai's Power Tools plugins had made the transition from OS9 to OSX. Flaming Pear is my current favorite plugin company.

Well, Berry I still think, even with not being Pops or Victor, that this is an exceptionally well crafted and pleasing image. Best wishes, Traveller

Lovely image. As to the artist: I have to confess that I am clueless. Regards jnconradie

Very interesting, love the colors and is a wonderful example of Group Radius 0.3, at least as much as I've read of the group! ;-) CJ

Essay? Group Radius 0.3?? Either someone is very funny or I'm lost lol. Funny effect anyway, polar mapping?

This one I like quite a bit...the vortex effect is quite startling. Nice and thanks for the Essay on Radius 0.3. Best Wishes, Traveller
