Speaking of stars, I was curious to see which they were. It looks like they were two of the bright stars in Gemini, Pollux and Castor, near the structure, and Menkalinan to the right. More interesting to me, though, is that in June Saturn and Mars were also in that part of the sky. They would both have been brighter than those three stars. However, they are right behind the structure, so you can't see them. Actually, if the photographer had stepped to the left one or two paces, Saturn would be visible through the rightmost empty space in the structure. -- Victor

no words can describe the beauty of this photograph. just finished looking at this photo for last 5 minutes or more. You can see three small stars as well in the sky! Did anyone notice that? STUNNING!

Karthik, I keep coming back to this shot, it is indeed spectacular and as mentioned, better than most postcards one sees. Maybe you should think of selling this shot as a postcard, I know I would buy it. :-) .............. Vikas
