Thank you Michael, iso, Lydia, Nico, and tv for the wonderful comments. I didn't quite attain the image I had in my head; but it was close enough, so I decided to post it. By the time I figured out how to suspend the rock (and YES tv, it is a real rock--and naturally that shape) without messing up the line of the paper...and position things so that they would stay in position long enough for me to photograph it...the light was failing and I didn't have the background I wanted--but decided to take some shots anyways. So, it wasn't the original, no-need-for-editing background I originally envisioned, but will have to do for now. --Melanie
I didn't look at the title so I didn't comprehend your meaning. Sorry but the "rock" looks like an exotic egg. Very nice b&w however and well composed, especially the scissors handle, attached as it is to the frame. -tv
