Do-Overs & Second Chances

I've been wanting to see a challenge like this for quite a while.

Maybe it's just me, but I always seem to think of ideas for a challenge right near the end of it or even after it's all over. I'm the ultimate procrastinator, I guess.

So the theme for this challenge is Do-Overs and Second Chances. The idea is to give us all an opportunity to revisit previous challenge themes and either do better or get the chance to show off an idea that we didn't quite have time to complete the first time around. And since all of the previous challenge themes are open, that lets us visit themes that might have been "before our time" here too.

As judges, since we all want to evaluate how well each shot lives up to its challenge theme, we need to know which challenge each shot is for. But since we all seem to love a good mystery on here too, I think we should hold off saying which challenge the shot was meant for - at least for a few days - so we can all try to guess.

No fair just going with our consensus either. If we all get it wrong, please tell us :) But be sure that you've announced which challenge the shot was really meant for before the voting starts. Violators should be banished to Pending, I think, so don't wait TOO long.

Because of the nature of this theme, I'd like to add one restriction for the Exhibition gallery too. In this case, I don't think we should allow people to enter photos that they've entered before. I think that makes sense in this case. Oh, I know, we could re-enter a shot and target it at a different challenge than we did the first time, and there is something to that idea. But just to make things simple, I guess I'd rather reserve Exhibition for shots that we have in our archives but which we now find would have fit one of the previous challenge themes. And of course the other Exhibition rules apply too so photos taken with other camera systems qualify as usual.

So come up with something that fits the theme of one of the previous challenges and have some fun.
