In these Challenges we have been to the Cinema (Challenges 2 and 88), we've been to the Concert Hall (Challenge 59), we've been to the Art Gallery (Challenge 91)... even to some strange Restaurants (Challenge 57)... now perhaps it is time to visit the Library?

Photograph the title, a scene, a character or a quote from a book.

[ I mean a real book; not one you invented for this Challenge or one which you still plan to write or think ought to have been written! ]

The essence of the challenge is that the photograph should strongly and unambigiously convey to the viewer which book you had in mind. And, of course, it should be a great photograph, technically and artistically.

If you wish to see how well you have succeeded, perhaps you could to leave the title/auhor of the book out (at least initially) and let the other participants guess the book. This is optional though.

Portraiture, still life, landscapes, animals, abstracts, vases, jeans, witches and brooms... I think the scope is wide enough for all to have fun!
