Springtime Darners -- male clasping female's head
Basiaeschna janata
found in grass along McParlan House Trail near portage between
Loon Lake and Hoggs Bay at Murphy's Point Provincial Park.
The wings of the male dragonfly were making a low-pitched buzzing
in the grass that was audible for several meters.
