Thanks for your comment, but I'm sorry... This is a BLACK KITE, please get some bibliography... Check the 6th primary much longer than in red kite, stripy tail and just slightly forked, underwing corvers and carpal patch are not black, the pale patch in the wing is not pure white. Please compare the my photo with the one bellow or the ones you may see in your fake "surname" :-D . Don't get a wrong impresion because the bird is readish, has pale patches in the wing and pale head
Este Milano puede parecer un Milano Real pero de hecho se trata de un Milano Negro. Me temo que NO es un error. Es un Milano Negro pero es posible que tenga algo remoto de hibrido con Milano Real o simplemente es ejemplar muy rojizo. Se puede identificar debido a la formula alar (6 primaria es muy marcada cuando en Milano Real es ausente), marcas grises en las alas y no puramente blancas, marcas carpales no negras y casi ausentes, y grandes infra-coberteras alares no son negras, mucho franjeado en la cola, cola poco horquillada
Compara las características que te he dicho con, por ejemplo, la siguiente foto típica de Milano Real:

En la imagen se observa un Milano real (Milvus milvus), no un Milano negro (Milvus migrans).
In that picture we can see a Red Kite. It is not a Black Kite
