Porpoise or Dolphin?

we have a less usual visitor to the Deben over the last week or so. It has a characteristic very fast transit through the water including a complete arc above water every few seconds. Unfortunately I wasn't able to set up rapid shooting before it had gone; here it is just re-entering or taking off

Could be, or maybe a small whale variety they get lost in bays/estuaries sometimes. V
