Morston and Blakeney channels

mudflats and water channels interlock frustratingly so it can be hours of walking or plain impossible to get to a point that looks quite near - the grey blodges on the far sandbanks are seals that know they are safe from human intervention as long as they don't cluster enough for the boat trips ( http://www.pbase.com/crisscross/image/161200739 ) to home in

Beautiful landscape. Good for wading birds as well I suppose.

The pretty little boat resting in the shallows gives the shot such a pleasant laid back mood V

I guess you must wait for high tide to go anywhere in that nice little boat. A neat shot! V.

Very attractive capture with the boat beached at that angle. Good that the seals are left alone.
