out of the window at the going down of the sun

at the turn into spring….I can't include anything lower just yet; you can see a thin strip of the glasshouses and it will have to wait a year or two before the laurels and trees working their way up from the bottom block them off altogether. The glasshouses used to belong to same the LSA holding as our house until 1984, but in the sell-up they were bought by our neighbours.

The splendid line of trees is in the valley of the Newbourne Brook heading to meet up with the Mill River - I have now included a map and map link at the beginning of the gallery
