when a full moon has been punctured as in http://www.pbase.com/crisscross/image/140312642
you can re-inflate it quite easily by putting it into a ballon harness and running the torch for a few seconds
The balloon came to mind thinking of Will's method for sending his first love letter
The moon is the one shown, dec 2011, but had to use an old harness
