This picture might have needed a warning as cauliflower can easily scare the pants off many youngsters made to eat their greens … and some adults.

I’m hoping that if it makes an appearance on the dinner table any time soon it is covered in a thick, creamy cheese sauce.
That might counterbalance the health benefits of a fresh veg, but it tastes sooo much better that way :0)
