CLA is a regular subject. I first photographed him in 2013 and every year since at the same spot at Kingsbarns beach. Ringed on 9/6/2010 as an adult on Spitsbergen he has made the 2500km round trip at least 7 times and has probably flown around 20,000km in its lifetime. Not bad for a bird weighing only 64.3 grams.
