"Bird Radar". - The radar is identifying covey (flocks of birds)and alerting airplanes all over Israel. The covey are crossing Israel on the way from Europe to Africa (in the Fall) and from Africa to Europe (in the Spring)

I love the birds on the fence. So nice that they've worked to convey the purpose with the decorations, rather than the industrial, anonymous look of many sites.
