Thanks Dan, Ludo suggested two litters of different age, my (inexpert) observations of their interactions would suggest to me this is a more likely scenario however you have provided an interesting perspective. any Beaver experts out there? Dave.

This is quite an amazing photo Dave. It appears as if there are three generations represented in the photo. I presume the parent is top left with a bunch of teens in the middle with a little kid in amongst them. Perhaps I'm wrong but it's definitely a big family. Thanks so much for sharing these photos!
