Jim Hurtubise is a Toronto based photographer. Working primarily in black and white with a small rangefinder camera, he likens himself to a wandering troubadour, telling the stories of the roads he traveled by way of the many lyrical images he captures.

AUTO SHOW: In today’s world of celebrity fixation and car crazed culture, it is at the International Auto Show where the car is the star. Big cars, little cars, fast cars and future cars, it is here that the entranced crowds gather to glimpse what is new in the world of transportation. In this series of photographs I seek to explore this passionate relationship between Man and machine. I may even check out the shiny red one down the aisle myself.
